Rising above the dramatic peaks of Hurrungane, Store Skagastølstind — known simply as Storen — is one of Norway’s most legendary mountains. For generations, it has attracted climbers, adventurers and mountain enthusiasts drawn to the rugged beauty of the high alpine landscape.
Created using Trond Are Berge’s Projectography technique, combining a photograph of Storen with the fractured patterns of broken ice. The resulting artwork reflects the raw character of Hurrungane, where rock, snow and ice have shaped the landscape for thousands of years.
